Naked in doorway

I am currently taking part in @ferns 11 week fitness challenge and gave signed up to complete 4 workouts a week. This week I aim to complete 6 and am on schedule to do that. There is nothing so motivating as being held accountable for me!

I also find charting my progress to be motivational too, so here I am at week one. Let’s see what effects regular, short, body weight and strength workouts have on a 61 year old body shall we?

  1. I am joining in too. I have put my goal as 3 because I already do my steps every day (11000 a day) so I wanted to add something in. This week that was 3 x 100 squats. But next week I will add something to that for the whole month in the hope that it gets me back into some of the strength and weight workouts I used to do. I too love the accountability and the group support and maybe slight element of competitiveness too.

  3. Personally I think you need to change nothing. You are forever shocking and amazing me when you put your age down on posts, while I know your age it never seems real until I actually see it in black and white. You are goals, Eye x
