I am currently taking part in @ferns 11 week fitness challenge and gave signed up to complete 4 workouts a week. This week I aim to complete 6 and am on schedule to do that. There is nothing so motivating as being held accountable for me!
I also find charting my progress to be motivational too, so here I am at week one. Let’s see what effects regular, short, body weight and strength workouts have on a 61 year old body shall we?
